This review is purely my personal one and based on my personal experiences. IIFM comes of the best places in India to learn and enjoy the nature and its management. It is a dream come true to anyone who wants to pursue higher management studies or research in the fields of environment, forests, and natural resources. It has few of the finest teaching faculty in the country for the courses it conduct.

Classes are regular and project and assignments are given to the students.The ratio of staff to students in 2:1. yes, the strength of staff is greater the students so that complete attention can be given towards the growth of each student. Each student is alloted to a Faculty Advisor, who is like a mentor for the student. the teaching methodology consists of power point presentations in the class by Faculty as well as the students, interaction at the end of each session, assignments to the students and also field exercises with a compulsary two month internship in related field.
